• This platform ("19C" / "Lakshmi Enterprises") operates under Indian laws.
• By using this website, you agree to these Terms, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be 18+ years or have guardian consent.
• Businesses must provide GSTIN for tax invoices.

3. Account & Orders

• Users are responsible for account security (password/OTP confidentiality).
• Sellers may cancel orders if:
  • Pricing errors occur.
  • Stock is unavailable (with refund within 5 days).

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices in INR, inclusive of GST (unless stated).
• Accepted payment methods:
  • Cards (Visa/MasterCard/RuPay).
  • UPI (PhonePe/GPay).
  • Net Banking.
  • COD (max ₹10,000 per RBI).
• RBI Compliance: Refunds processed only to original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Follows our Shipping Policy (linked separately).
• Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery confirmation.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Governed by our Return Policy (7-day window for defects/wrong items).
• Refunds processed within 15 working days (bank-dependent).

7. Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent transactions.
• Reselling products commercially without authorization.
• Violating IP rights (e.g., copying product images/descriptions).

8. Seller Terms (if applicable)

• Must provide accurate product details.
• Liable for counterfeit/fake products (penalties under Consumer Protection Act).

9. Intellectual Property

• Website content (logos, text, images) owned by Lakshmi Enterprises.
• Unauthorized use may lead to legal action (Copyright Act 1957).

10. Limitation of Liability

• Not liable for:
  • Delays due to courier/logistics issues.
  • Minor product variations (color/size on screens).

11. Governing Law & Disputes

• Jurisdiction: Courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
