1. Shipping Areas

Domestic: Servicing all 29 states & 7 UTs in India.

International: Currently not available (India-only deliveries).

2. Order Processing Time

Standard Orders: Shipped within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.

Pre-Orders Items: Dispatch timeline specified on product page (+ SMS/email updates).

4. Shipping Partners

Primary: Delhivery, DTDC, India Post.

Express: Blue Dart, FedEx.

5. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: On orders above ₹499 (India-only).

Flat Rate: ₹50 for orders below ₹499.

Rural Surcharge: Additional ₹30-100 for remote areas (notified at checkout).

6. Tracking & Notifications

SMS/Email: Tracking ID shared within 24 hours of dispatch.

Live Tracking: Via courier’s website/app.

7. Address Guidelines

Ensure complete address with:

Recipient name, phone number.

Full street address + landmark.

PIN code (mandatory).

Re-shipping Fee: ₹100 if order fails due to incorrect address.

8. Undelivered/Failed Deliveries

Reasons: Incorrect address, recipient unavailable, payment issues.

Actions:

Courier will attempt 2-3 contacts before returning to seller.

Refund processed after return inspection (minus shipping fees if applicable).

9. COD (Cash on Delivery)

Available: Yes (all India).

Limit: Max ₹10,000 per order (RBI mandate).

COD Charges: ₹50 for orders below ₹499.

10. Holiday & Peak Season Delays

Exclusions: Diwali, Christmas, Republic Day, etc. (notified on website).

11. Lost/Damaged in Transit

Report Within: 48 hours of delivery attempt.

Resolution: Replacement/refund after investigation (7-10 days).

12. International Shipping

Currently not supported.
