Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Accepted Reasons:
- Damaged/Defective items (must provide proof via images/video).
- Incorrect size/color (unused, original tags intact).
Non-Eligible:- Products altered/washed after delivery.
2. Return Process
Return policy - Please return the product within 7days of delivery .
If the product is defective or damaged please return the product within 2days with unboxing video.
We will deliver the exchange/replacement product within 7days.
Refund policy - once we verify the refund request we will credit the refund to original payment method within 5-15days.

- 4. Payment Gateway-Specific Rules
- Failed/Disputed Transactions:
- If payment was deducted but order not confirmed, refunds auto-initiated within 7 days (post bank reconciliation).
- Partial Refunds: Applicable for partial returns (e.g., multi-item orders).
- 5. Customer Responsibilities
- Retain original packaging until refund is processed.
- Return shipping costs borne by customer (unless seller error).
